We recycle usable wood material from used shipping pallets by a process of cutting them apart and removing all metal fasteners before proceeding through the planer. This saves our land fills and at the same time creates some useful products that would otherwise be destroyed completely. Most of this material is hardwood and is very durable in the products which we produce, and is also very attractive as you can see by our web site. For any additional information or to order

Fine Gifts for the Holidays
Elegant Snowflake Ornaments by Dick Scheu, handcrafted from the finest natural woods. An exceptionally fine gift, made of individually shaped pieces of wood. The most unique feature is the use of the grain as part of the design, creating a starburst effect.
My snowflake ornaments are thin and delicate, weighing about 1/10 oz including cord and label. They are about 4" in diameter, about 1/16" thick and with a clear finish to enhance the natural colors of the wood. Each comes packaged in a gold gift box with a tag describing the wood and a card explaining how to care for it.   I create a new snowflake design each year. Go to KentuckySnow.com to see my other designs and my new line of religious ornaments.
